Welcome to Circle of Life Mental Health

Revitalize your mind and reclaim your mental wealth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based psychiatric medicine with trauma-informed, person-centered care. I utilize structured clinical assessments and current psychiatric guidelines to ensure diagnostic accuracy and safe, effective treatment planning.

Beyond symptom reduction, I focus on functional improvement, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience. Treatment may include medication management, psychotherapy-informed interventions, and practical skill-building tailored to each individual’s goals.

I believe patients achieve the best outcomes when care is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in trust. My role is to guide, educate, and support — while empowering individuals to reclaim stability and confidence in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation focused on understanding the full picture of your mental health. We will review your symptoms, history, stressors, medical background, and personal goals to ensure diagnostic clarity and thoughtful treatment planning.

This appointment is collaborative — you will have the opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and participate in decisions about your care. If appropriate, we may discuss medication options, supportive therapy strategies, and a structured plan moving forward.

Clients often leave the first session with greater clarity, reassurance, and a clear direction for next steps.
