I have years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in addictions counseling, providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples in English and Spanish. Furthering my education in this field to enhance the client's experience is highly important to me, and I am currently enrolled as a doctoral student in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.
Depending on your needs and intentions for your therapeutic space, I use a variety of techniques and interventions based in mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, addiction medicine, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
