Great to meet you!

I know starting therapy can sometimes feel a little uncomfortable, so my goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged. I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, recognize patterns that may be getting in your way, and build tools that actually make sense for your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you’d like to get out of our time together. We’ll take it from there at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
