Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I bring compassion and a practical approach to each session. I aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their experiences and navigate the wavy path of life with resilience. By combining evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of each person’s unique background, I focus on empowering clients to discover their authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

Through a collaborative approach, I engage clients as active participants in their growth and healing. My style is warm and flexible, combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to address struggles and explore deeper patterns. Together, we examine experiences and beliefs to foster self-compassion and change. I help clients navigate transitions, manage anxiety, and build resilience, supporting them on their unique, wavy path toward self-awareness and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

The first session allows me, as your therapist, to get an overview of you as an individual. I’ll complete a biopsychosocial assessment to explore your familial relationships, interests, upbringing, present-day challenges, and goals. This process helps me understand your unique story and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It also lays the foundation for a collaborative, personalized approach to our work together.
