Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and feeling comfortable and understood matters. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on helping clients feel safe, respected, and empowered in the therapeutic space.

I work best with individuals who may feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves after prolonged stress, trauma, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals or caregivers who are accustomed to supporting others but are ready to prioritize their own mental and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I use evidence-based practices such as DBT and CBT to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, and improving relationships. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space while also helping clients work toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll also explain the therapy process and answer any questions you have. You can expect a supportive, pressure-free conversation that moves at your pace.
