Great to meet you!
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than a decade of experience helping teens, adults, and older adults overcome challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, chronic stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, mood disorders, chronic illness, women's mental health issues, and Veterans' mental health. My background includes extensive work in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, private practice, and outpatient behavioral health settings, where I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community and older adults. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based treatments to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions while developing effective strategies for lasting change. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create realistic goals that help you feel more confident, resilient, and connected to the life you want to live. My treatment style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
