Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self, with every part of you—the confident and organized parts, the confused and embarrassed parts, and the wounded or scared parts, too. We can meet them all slowly, with curiosity and compassion.

I’m a fully licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) with a master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy. I’m also a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work with adolescents and adults navigating mood disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth, and other experiences that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself.

My clinical background includes working across higher levels of care, including residential, inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings. These experiences have shaped my ability to support clients through both acute challenges and longer-term personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, relational, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors often make more sense when we understand what they're trying to protect or communicate to us (how sweet of them!) Rather than approaching ourselves with shame, judgment, or that well-known inner critic. I guide clients to access their present self, to then develop a more compassionate relationship with the parts of themselves. Therapy with me is collaborative, exploratory, and paced at the speed of trust. I believe "what's in the way, is the way," so we will meet every part that shows up at the pace your system needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down and get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy today, what you're hoping to transform or shift, and the experiences that have shaped you today. I'll also answer any questions you have about my approach and what our work might look like together. You don't need to come in with a perfectly defined goal - we can figure that out together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone.
