Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and trained in PCIT-CALM. My speciality is working with children with behavioral challenges and anxiety/fear-related concerns with my 7+ years of experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping parents discover their strengths as a parent and feel empowered to be their best version. I help parents who feel like they struggling with managing their child’s behavior and anxiety stop the feelings of guilt, loss of control, and frustration by demonstrating how to best approach the uncertainties of parenthood with research supported practices.

What you can expect from our first session

I teach parents that it is possible to be a loving parent that enjoys interacting with their child and feel confident in setting healthy boundaries when needed. I strive to incorporate a family-centered approach that prioritizes meeting my clients’ needs and using evidence-based practices to positively impact families’ lives. If you want to improve your child’s behavior while feeling secure about how you parent, I’d love to get you there!
