Great to meet you!

As a fellow neurodivergent- I specialize in neurodiverse populations, as I find it to support my clients with therapeutic success. Specifically, this is seen with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, rejection sensitivity, and self-esteem issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

There may be times when you feel like it is challenging to fit in with others. Eventually, this masking to fit in can leave us feeling down, burnt out, anxious, and insecure to show others who we are. You may be empathetic and find it difficult to express your emotions or feel affected easily by others. My approach to our sessions is brought with warm collaboration, support for your needs, and encouragement to become an independent thinker so that you can progress towards a more authentic life.

What you can expect from our first session

You may feel unsure just by the idea of getting help for your mental health. I appreciate that you made it here! In our sessions, you must feel accepted and never judged so you can feel attentive to our sessions.
