Welcome! My name is Alexis Mathias LCSW and I specialize in helping children, youth, adults, and families through challenges associated with mood disorders and family/partner relationships. We work together to stop harmful cycles, increase communication and connectedness, and heal deep rooted trauma that impact their day to day functioning.

I do this through individual, couples, and family telehealth services while using various treatment modalities including CBT, family systems, MI, and solutions focused brief therapies.
