Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and someone who has lived and thrived in polyamorous relationships for the past eight years, I provide a compassionate and affirming space for individuals, couples, and polycules exploring or navigating polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. My personal experience, combined with professional expertise, allows me to deeply understand the unique joys and challenges that come with consensual non-monogamous relationships.

My approach to therapy

Whether you’re managing relationship dynamics, addressing jealousy, setting boundaries, or cultivating deeper connections, I approach your experiences with curiosity, respect, and authenticity. I know firsthand how empowering and fulfilling non-traditional relationships can be, and I am committed to helping you navigate them in a way that aligns with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Using evidence-based modalities, I support clients in strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering personal and relational growth. Your journey is unique, and together we’ll create a plan that honors your identity and helps you thrive.

If you’re ready to explore new possibilities and deepen your connections, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
