Great to meet you!

I help young people build confidence, develop coping skills, and learn how to better understand and express their emotions. Whether a child is dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, peer issues, school stress, or big life transitions, I create a safe and compassionate space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered.

In working with youth, I also value collaboration with parents and caregivers—offering insights, strategies, and support so the whole family can move forward with clarity and connection.

My approach to therapy

With a background in school counseling, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens as they navigate the emotional, social, and academic challenges that come with growing up. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy

What you can expect from me

Clients and families often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, ability to connect with kids and teens, and my practical, strengths-based approach. My goal is always to meet each young person where they are and help them move toward where they want to be—with confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.

If you’re looking for someone who understands the world of kids and teens—and how to support them through it—I’d be honored to work with your family.
