Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Psychiatry, with additional training in neurology. I started my career in primary care over 10 years ago, where I saw firsthand how often mental health concerns were either overlooked or not given the time they truly deserved. That experience led me to shift my focus toward psychiatry, where I can spend more time understanding each patient’s story and needs.

Over the past two years, I’ve focused on providing thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care while still drawing on my background in primary care and neurology. This allows me to take a more comprehensive, whole-person approach—considering both mental and physical health when developing treatment plans.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where honesty and a direct, straightforward approach come together to support efficient, solution-focused care. I aim to create an environment where patients feel comfortable being open, while also receiving clear guidance and actionable next steps.

Together, we focus on setting practical, measurable goals—such as reducing symptoms, improving daily functioning, and developing tools that can be applied outside of sessions. My approach is collaborative and results-oriented, with an emphasis on helping patients gain clarity, build resilience, and make meaningful progress in their day-to-day lives.
