Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I partner with children, adolescents, and their parents to navigate big feelings, stressful transitions, and complex family dynamics. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where each person's story and view is both honored and supported. My goal is to help individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create strong foundations for them to continue to build upon independently. I am very passionate about working with children and families, grief/loss, and children with anxiety and/or depression with self-harming behaviors and/or difficulties inschool/community.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe every behavior is a form of communication, and part of my job is to help identify the root cause of the behavior. Therapy truly is a partnership. Your goals will direct the path, and I will be there to brainstorm, support, challenge, and encourage you through every step.

What you can expect from me

Simply put, our first session is going to be about creating our welcoming space. We will spend time getting to know each other, and I'll learn about what brings you into therapy and what you hope it brings you. We'll spend time building rapport, exploring what support looks like for you, and making sure you feel safe and understood. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what our work together can accomplish.
