Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Let’s be real—life gets overwhelming. Anxiety creeps in, old wounds resurface, and big life changes can leave us feeling unsteady. Whether you're moving through a breakup, starting a new chapter, unpacking past trauma, or just plain burnt out, therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating or clinical. I bring a real, human approach—down-to-earth, compassionate, and always in your corner. I specialize in helping adults (typically ages 21–55 ) work through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My clients are often navigating work stress, relationship struggles, identity shifts, or a general feeling of being "stuck." My clients are often deep thinkers, perfectionist, high achievers, caretakers, or survivors trying to show up differently in their lives. You can expect a mix of real talk, compassion, plus the occasional well-timed meme or metaphor.

What you can expect from me

I bring authenticity, warmth, and a deep respect for your lived experience. We'll slow things down, get curious about patterns, and build coping strategies that actually fit your life. A warm and collaborative space, one where it’s okay to be messy, honest, and human. We might laugh, we might cry, but we’ll do it together.
