Great to meet you!

I believe change begins with understanding ourselves with compassion and curiosity. When we become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, we create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop the tools you need to move forward with greater confidence, self-acceptance, and resilience.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care. My approach is client-centered, emphasizing a partnership where clients feel cared for, valued, and respected.

I believe healing & growth begin in a space where we feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to feel supported, & accepted enough to be ourselves.Through compassion, respect, and acceptance, I strive to create that space for my clients. Together, we can explore life’s challenges, uncover your strengths, & develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy works best when it is collaborative and centered on your unique journey. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Every client’s path is different, so I adjust my approach to meet your individual needs, aligning with your goals and supporting you in the process of growth, healing, and self discovery.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect genuine connection, honesty, and a safe space where you’re always respected. I use evidence-based practices while also bringing compassion, authenticity, and a touch of lightness to our work together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, with new light beginning to shine in areas that may have once felt dark.
