Great to meet you!

"It’s your mind that creates your world." – Buddha. When we shift our thinking, we open the door to new ways of feeling and being. I believe in the human capacity to heal, grow, and overcome challenges. Together, we can nurture meaningful change and cultivate the self acceptance you deserve.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with a passion for truly connecting with others. In our work together, I see myself as a mirror, reflecting back your strengths and helping you recognize the resilience you already carry within. I specialize in supporting both adolescents and adults through a variety of challenges, creating a safe and supportive space to explore, grow, and heal.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy works best when it is collaborative and centered on your unique journey. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Every client’s path is different, so I adjust my approach to meet your individual needs, aligning with your goals and supporting you in the process of growth, healing, and self discovery.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect genuine connection, honesty, and a safe space where you’re always respected. I use evidence-based practices while also bringing compassion, authenticity, and a touch of lightness to our work together. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, with new light beginning to shine in areas that may have once felt dark.
