Great to meet you!

Therapy doesn't have to feel stiff, clinical, or intimidating — especially if it's your first time.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with a direct, warm, and yes — full-personality approach to therapy. I use humor, genuine compassion, and a healthy dose of challenge to help you actually get where you want to go. You'll leave sessions feeling supported, but you'll also leave having done real work.

I specialize in working with people navigating life transitions, first-time therapy clients who aren't sure what to expect, and Greek American clients navigating the unique pressures of that cultural experience — family expectations, identity, the weight of community, and what it means to ask for help when you were raised not to.

My approach to therapy

My signature modality is Brainspotting — a powerful, brain-body based approach that helps process trauma, stress, and emotional blocks that talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach. If you've tried therapy before and felt like something was still stuck, this may be why.

I also draw from:

  • Trauma-informed CBT and ACT — for building practical tools and shifting unhelpful patterns
  • Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich — for couples at any stage of their relationship
  • A clinical background that includes crisis settings, residential care, high schools, and child welfare — meaning I've sat with people through some of the most difficult moments imaginable

Whatever brings you here, I've likely seen something like it — and I know how to help you move through it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session covers the practical side — what therapy looks like, confidentiality, and what we're building together — and then we get into the good stuff: you, your life, and what you want to change.

No jargon, no pressure to perform. Just an honest conversation with someone who's genuinely in your corner.
