Great to meet you!

I am a Arizona Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been working in the Mental Health field for the past 8 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Arizona State University and my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I also hold a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been providing individual counseling for the past 4 years. I am passionate about helping others heal through past trauma.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling and dance—I'm part of a dance team and love exploring new places whenever I can :)

My approach to therapy

At the core of my counseling philosophy is a desire to help people discover their authentic selves. I believe the client is an expert in their life and the counselor is the expert in facilitating change. I encourage my clients to dedicate themselves to their therapy work, and I dedicate myself to my work as their therapist.

I use a strength-based approach, focusing on the skills and qualities you already have to support personal growth. In sessions, we often use Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns. This work helps build self-awareness, shift deep-rooted beliefs, and support meaningful change in how you see yourself and navigate life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have an opportunity to tell me your story and what you hope to get out of therapy. I work hard to provide a safe and empathetic space where clients feel understood and supported.

My availability fluctuates week to week, please inquire within for times+dates!
