Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker who specializes in somatic approaches to healing trauma and anxiety while recognizing clients are the experts of their own experiences and I serve as a guide to healing.

I received my MSW from Arizona State University and am a Doctor of Social Work student at SUNY University at Buffalo.

My approach to therapy

The first step to healing is establishing a safe and open space. Once we decide that we are a good fit for one another, I focus on using a somatic approach to healing that consists of body-oriented modalities to connect your body and mind while incorporating talk therapy strategies.

What you can expect from me

After establishing a safe and open environment together, my goal is to help you process situations, feelings and thoughts to then gain insights and skills to nurture and promote healing and personal growth.
