Great to meet you!

Before I was a therapist I was a client. A lost, depressed, anxious child with PTSD. I decided to become the therapist I wish I had. One who embodies what they are saying, has a life that is healthy and happy using the tools they teach. I consider it my life mission to help others have the life they deserve and want full of joy.

My approach to therapy

I provide tools to teach you how to heal and move forward. To find clarity and the "gold" in the trauma to be freed from it. To truly listen and empathized from having been there and not just read a book about it.

What you can expect from me

Real tools and real results from someone who lives and breathes the work. A safe space thats all about you. I look forward to meeting you.
