Great to meet you!

Before I was a therapist I was a client. A lost, depressed, anxious child with PTSD. I decided to become the therapist I wish I had. One who embodies what they are saying, has a life that is healthy and happy using the tools they teach. I consider it my life mission to help others have the life they deserve and want full of joy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love to provide tools to learn how to heal and move forward. To help you find clarity and the "gold" in the trauma to feel freed from it. To truly listen and empathized from having been there and not just read a book about it.

What you can expect from our first session

Real tools, weekly support from someone who truly cares and lives and breathes what she says.
