Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting anxious mothers with young children. I understand the unique challenges of parenting with anxiety and the importance of creating a nurturing environment for your child's development. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and empowering, focusing on building resilience, self-compassion, and effective parenting strategies. My sub-specialty is supporting mothers who are navigating early intervention or on a path to a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism.

My approach to therapy

I am a modern therapist with a personable approach. I use humor (and sometimes sarcasm in the form of humor) to show up for you authentically. We can celebrate your successes together and know that I will be here to help you process the hard stuff too.

What you can expect from me

Some areas that we can develop while working together are anxiety management and reduction, emotional regulation and self care, and ways to build a support network and community during this demanding time in your life. You will also gain more confidence in mindful parenting techniques, parent-child bonding, and child development and milestones.
