Great to meet you!

I am passionate about individuals' growth and journey to become the person they have always wanted to be. My practice is centered around the belief that true wellness is achieved when all aspects of a person’s life are nurtured and aligned. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their unique needs and goals, offering support to individual needs.

My approach to therapy

With a holistic approach to treatment, I am committed to addressing the full spectrum of mental health needs by integrating emotional, social, spiritual and environmental factors into therapeutic practice. I believe in a recovery-focused approach as I believe that circumstances do not last forever, and neither should barriers in life.

Clients will gain an increased self-awareness to truly understand how their thoughts do or do not align with their current behaviors. I remain direct and honest with each of my clients as I believe growth happens in times of discomfort.
