Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Alexis! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona who specializes in supporting teens and adults navigating complex trauma and anxiety. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward after painful experiences—and together, we work toward healing, safety, and renewed connection with self and others.

I’ve been practicing therapy for over five years, beginning my career in community mental health. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in child welfare supporting families involved with dependency court, which deepened my understanding of how trauma, attachment, and family dynamics shape our mental and emotional wellbeing. These experiences allow me to hold a compassionate and comprehensive perspective as we work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I tailor sessions to your unique goals while drawing from evidence-based treatments. I prioritize helping you understand your nervous system, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a sense of empowerment.

What you can expect from me

The initial session focuses on pinpointing your primary concerns and developing concrete, meaningful goals together. Effective therapy requires a foundation of deep support and clarity. I am committed to creating an environment that is non-judgmental and moves at a pace you dictate.
