Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of experience in the mental health field, primarily working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, OCD, and related challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University and strive to make therapy a collaborative and comfortable experience.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and understood, and I bring my authentic self into every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily person-centered, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you understand thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build on your strengths.

Building genuine rapport is important to me. I want our conversations to feel natural and collaborative rather than rigid or scripted, while still giving you the tools and support to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss what you’re experiencing, what you hope to work on, and any goals you may have.

You don’t need to prepare the “right” things to say. I’ll guide the conversation while giving you space to be yourself. My goal is for our first session to feel less like an interview and more like the beginning of a genuine conversation.
