Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting others in their emotional, social, and academic growth. As someone who has always been drawn to helping others, I find immense fulfillment in guiding individuals through challenges and helping them realize their full potential.

As a school counselor, I have always believed that every person deserves the opportunity to succeed, not only academically but emotionally and socially as well. During my academic journey, I became fascinated by the ways in which emotional health impacts learning and overall development. This led me to pursue a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences and later, a certification in School Counseling. I have completed internships where I was able to work directly with students, teachers, and families, providing guidance and support in a variety of settings.

I aim to equip clients with the tools they need to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and build self-confidence. I am extremely passionate about assisting others in navigating critical life transitions such as dealing with family issues, preparing grade level changes, and other life transitions. I have helped students cope with stress and anxiety related to academic pressure and social struggles. My approach is always person-centered, grounded in understanding their unique needs and aspirations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is always person-centered, meaning that I prioritize building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel empowered to lead your own journey. I believe every individual brings a unique story, set of strengths, and personal aspirations to the counseling space, and it's my role to meet you exactly where you are.

Grounded in empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard, I strive to understand not just what you’re going through, but who you are at your core. I take the time to learn about your values, your lived experiences, and the goals that matter most to you. Whether your goals relate to emotional well-being, social connections, or academic and career pursuits.

Together, we’ll tailor our work to reflect your personal goals and growth areas. Whether we’re processing past experiences, navigating present challenges, or envisioning a more fulfilling future, I’m here to support you every step of the way with compassion, insight, and a deep commitment to your progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and inviting space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel safe to be vulnerable, reflect deeply, and grow intentionally. Together, we will dive into not only what you’re currently experiencing but also explore your future goals emotionally, socially, and/or academically.

I am deeply passionate about supporting others on their journey to becoming their most authentic and empowered selves. Through our sessions, we will work to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop tools that help you navigate life with greater confidence and clarity. Whether you're seeking support through a life transition, academic stress, relationship dynamics, or personal development, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
