Great to meet you!

If your child or family is navigating trauma, stress, or a difficult season, you do not have to face it alone. I specialize in working with children and families who have experienced trauma or are currently living through stressful life experiences. I have always loved working with kids and helping them learn more about themselves and the world around them. I also value partnering with caregivers so we can support your child’s goals together.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative, nonjudgmental space to understand who you are, recognize your strengths, and focus on what matters most to you. I value diversity and welcome people with different values, beliefs, and backgrounds. Whether I am working with a child, teen, or family, my goal is to help you build on your strengths and use them to support greater well-being in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you are not sure what to expect. In our first session, we will get to know one another, learn about your goals, and talk about what support would be most helpful. When working with kids and teens, I make space for both their perspective and the perspective of their parents or caregivers. From there, we will create a treatment plan together, and I will offer recommendations for goals and therapeutic approaches so you feel informed and involved throughout the process.

If you are considering therapy for yourself, your child, or your family, I welcome you to take the next step and reach out.
