Great to meet you!

Greetings. I am a warm, astute, and engaged Psychologist, who is committed to providing you with a safe and compassionate space in which to take on life’s challenges and overcome barriers to a fuller, more engaged, and rewarding life. I work with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, grief, general discontent, as well as work and academic distress. I am also well trained in working with trauma (early abuse and neglect), and relationship struggles (work, family and romantic).

My approach to therapy

I work from a psychodynamic lens, and integrate other evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, skills training, and problem solving to provide an ideal balance of self-exploration with implementable steps toward your desired changes.

What you can expect from me

Whatever particular challenges are keeping you stuck, I will work closely with you, listening to your feedback, to attain clarity around core issues, ineffective relational patterns, and/or self-defeating behavior which will keep you from greater growth and progress toward your life goals. I invite you to embark on this journey with me.
