Great to meet you!

I am Alfred Ndah, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio and Minnesota, with a Doctor of Nursing Practice. I provide care for adolescents and adults, drawing on years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, OCD, sleep or focus difficulties, addiction, and other mental health concerns. My clients often want clear answers, a plan that fits their life, and a clinician who listens, explains options clearly, and respects their culture, values, and faith. I meet each client with compassion and professionalism, working alongside you to create care that is personalized, practical, and supportive.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, solution-oriented, and affirming, with a collaborative spirit that views treatment as a true partnership. I create a safe environment where you feel respected and supported while we work alongside each other toward meaningful change. Together, we develop practical strategies that address both symptoms and root causes. My approach combines medication management with a holistic awareness of your overall well-being, ensuring that care is evidence-based, collaborative, and personalized to your goals, preferences, and values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout our work together. You will leave sessions with practical strategies for steadier moods, better sleep, sharper focus, healthier relationships, and renewed energy. Just as importantly, we address underlying root causes while managing symptoms, giving you tools that support lasting growth and stability. My goal is for you to experience hope, clarity, and confidence in your journey, knowing that you have a trusted partner walking alongside you.
