I grew up in Georgia and attended Georgia State University for both my bachelor's degree in psychology and my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Georgia State University. On my leisure time, I exercise, I play sports, and I enjoy doing obstacles races. People often describe me as trustworthy, approachable and kind.
I am a bilingual SPANISH/ENGLISH counselor committed to helping individuals and families accomplish goals. My clinical focus is working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a varied of emotional, relational and systemic difficulties leading to anxiety, depression adjustment issues, trauma related complaints and behavioral misconduct at school. I strive to work with children/teens and parents and adults to develop effective treatments uniquely to every individual and or family.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss my approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you may be facing—such as anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns—and begin setting meaningful goals to guide your treatment. My aim is to help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and create a personalized roadmap for your healing and growth.
