Great to meet you!

I show up to this work with both clinical training and lived experience. I understand what it’s like to navigate the emotional and physical weight of life while still trying to function and care for others.

I won’t rush your process or expect you to have everything figured out. I value creating a space where you can be honest, move at your own pace, and feel supported without judgment.

My Caribbean roots and personal healing journey shape how I see and honor each person’s story. I believe healing happens through safety, connection, and self-compassion—and I’m here to walk alongside you in that.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I integrate somatic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support the mind-body connection and help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences.

I focus on helping you regulate your nervous system, build self-compassion, and reconnect with your inner strength. I don’t believe in rushing the process—therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and move toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping for in therapy.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once. My goal is for you to feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin building a foundation for our work together.
