Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and adults through life's challenges and transitions. While I work with clients across the lifespan, much of my clinical experience has been focused on helping children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental concerns. I also enjoy working with young adults and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique personality, developmental stage, and needs. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices to help clients develop emotional awareness, resilience, self-confidence, and healthier relationships.

When working with children and adolescents, I adapt interventions to their developmental needs and partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and developing a deeper understanding of your concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy. Whether I am working with a child, adolescent, or adult, I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood.

For children and adolescents, therapy often includes collaboration with parents or caregivers to ensure progress extends beyond our sessions. Together, we will identify goals and begin developing skills that support emotional regulation, communication, confidence, healthy coping, and overall well-being. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and each client's treatment is tailored to their individual needs and pace.
