Great to meet you!

Have you tried talk therapy, yoga, or other healing modalities in the past but sense there's something deeper to move through? People often come to me navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship wounds, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from themselves. Many have done "the work" before and are ready for something that goes beneath the surface. That's where my work lies: getting to the root of your problems, not just managing the symptoms. I help you recognize the patterns keeping you stuck, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a life that feels true to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is somatic, relational, and deeply trauma-informed. I specialize in somatic psychotherapy, which is about healing through the body and nervous system, not just the mind. Whether you're processing old wounds or navigating present-day stress, I meet you where you are. Yes, talk therapy is part of it, but it's paired with body-based practices that create real, felt change, not just insight.

I typically use a combination of somatic psychotherapy, parts work, and EMDR in my work with clients. We might explore what's happening in your body alongside what's on your mind, noticing sensations, patterns, and the parts of you that have been working hard to keep you safe. There's no agenda to push through. We move at your nervous system's pace, with enough structure to feel held and enough flexibility to follow what matters most.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting oriented to me, to this work, and to what you're carrying. There's no pressure to dive into the deep end right away. We'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you in, and beginning to map out what healing might look like for you. I'll ask questions, but I'll also leave plenty of space for you to share at your own pace. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling genuinely heard and with a beginning sense of what our work together might look like. I pay attention to how your nervous system responds even in that first conversation, so we're already working from the very first meeting. Most importantly, I want you to leave knowing this is a space where all of you is welcome.
