Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Ali. I am a board certified psychiatric provider with clinical experience rooted in community hospital settings, where I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care. I am a passionate about supporting the emotional well-being and mental health of individuals and families in my community. My journey has strengthened my belief in the importance of compassion, understanding, and creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued. As an avid mental health advocate, I am committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraging others to prioritize their emotional wellness. I believe that everyone deserves access to support, healing, and the opportunity to grow into the best version of themselves. My heart is rooted in serving others, empowering families, and helping build a community where mental health is embraced without judgment. Through my advocacy and dedication, I hope to inspire others to recognize that seeking support is a sign of strength and that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychiatric care is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to meeting each patient where they are in their journey. I believe that effective care begins with listening, understanding each individual's unique experiences, and creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns without fear of judgment. I prioritize patient-driven sessions that empower individuals to take an active role in their treatment, ensuring their voices, values, and personal goals remain at the center of care. By fostering trust and building meaningful therapeutic relationships, I strive to help patients feel heard, respected, and understood. I recognize that every person's path to mental wellness is different, and I approach each session with patience, cultural sensitivity, and an open mind. My goal is to work collaboratively with each patient to develop an individualized approach to care that promotes healing, builds resilience, and supports lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect professional, compassionate, and nonjudgmental initial evaluations in a safe and welcoming environment where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that getting to know each patient, understanding their unique experiences, and building a foundation of trust are among the most critical components of effective psychiatric care. By taking the time to listen and understand each individual's needs, concerns, and goals, I can develop a personalized treatment approach that supports their mental health journey and overall well-being.
