Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Connecticut. I received my Master's of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Saint Joseph and have gone on to complete EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) training and advanced PSI (Postpartum Support International) training to best support my clients.

Currently, I work in private practice via telehealth. I have found telehealth to be extremely convenient for clients offering great flexibility and allowing for the comfort of their chosen spaces during sessions.

My approach to therapy

The most valuable aspect of therapy, as research indicates, is the therapeutic relationship. I offer my clients a genuinely compassionate, curious, and collaborative connection. In my years of experience I have sat with many individuals from vastly different backgrounds and have honed my ability to empower clients in identifying significant patterns in their life and creating lasting healing and change that aligns with their genuine Self.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions together we will take time to get to know one another and create comfort in your therapeutic journey. We will explore your history and what brought you to therapy so that we can create a plan tailored to your individual needs. I always take a collaborative approach to working with clients so your feedback and questions will always be warmly welcomed
