All identities are welcome and this includes sex workers, transhumans, polyamorous folx, kink/bdsm explorers, and questioning individuals.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a major component of treatment as it encompasses the complicated thought processes that neurodivergent individuals experience. I tell clients is, "Life is always going to throw dark things at you. It's okay to feel it, sit with it, but then what can you do about it?" We'll figure it out together as there isn't just one approach to use for successful results.
