Great to meet you!

I am here to support you on your journey, whatever that might look like. I'm experienced with discussing various types of trauma and patterns of abuse to discover who you were, are, and who you want to become. I am a sex-positive, anti-oppressive therapist who focuses on trauma-informed methods when exploring identities. All identities are welcome and this includes sex workers, transhumans, polyamorous folx, kink/bdsm explorers, and questioning individuals.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who focuses on assisting clients with finding empowerment/acceptance in their identities while working through past traumas. My specializations are in multiple areas such as the disabled, neurodiverse, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

As a neurodivergent, queer, disabled individual myself, I enjoy learning about your own story while building a safe space for you to discuss your frustrations with living in a world that is often not made for this community. We can work on building that pathway to understanding and discovering what makes you tick.

What you can expect from me

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a major component of treatment as it encompasses the complicated thought processes that neurodivergent individuals experience. I tell clients is, "Life is always going to throw dark things at you. It's okay to feel it, sit with it, but then what can you do about it?" We'll figure it out together as there isn't just one approach to use for successful results.
