Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re taking this courageous step into your therapeutic journey. I believe healing begins with telling your story and feeling truly heard, so you can better understand how each part of your experience has shaped who you are. For more than five years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through challenges including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem and body image concerns, grief, trauma, family dynamics, and interpersonal relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to provide personalized care tailored to each individual I serve. If you are looking for a solutions-focused approach, I’m happy to support you in that work. Or, if you are seeking to heal attachment wounds and reconnect with your inner child, I offer the time, empathy, and space that process requires. Whatever brings you to counseling, I will work to find a therapeutic approach that best fits your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I empower adolescents and adults to reconnect with themselves and build greater self-love and confidence. I take pride in providing personalized care and finding a therapeutic approach that fits each individual’s unique needs.
