Great to meet you!
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I built a career in the entertainment industry as a casting director, film producer, and brand strategist. While I loved helping people tell their stories professionally, I eventually felt called to help people better understand and transform their personal stories. That led me back to my original goal of becoming a therapist and opening my own practice.
My academic path reflects both creativity and clinical training. I studied psychology and drama at Washington University in St. Louis, graduating cum laude, and later completed the Professional Actor Training Program at the University of Washington. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed my clinical training at The Maple Center in Beverly Hills before becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Today, I specialize in helping clients identify and shift patterns that may have once served as protection but are now holding them back. While understanding your past can be helpful, our work together focuses on your present life, current challenges, and meaningful goals for the future.
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, identity development, and personal growth. My background gives me a unique understanding of performance pressure, public identity, and the complexities of personal reinvention.
