Great to meet you!

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Colorado State University and a degree in Masters in Social Work from Metropolitan State University Denver and hold my License Clinical Social Work. I have 5+ years experience working as a school social worker. I specialize in working with children and families of all different backgrounds. Through my work, I has helped clients communicate and regulate emotions more effectively. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel empowered and heard. Therapy continues until clients feels ready and equipped to move forward independently.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, and clients often describe me as funny and easy to talk to. Drawing from an integrative approach,I incorporates modalities such as trauma-informed care, CBT, and mindfulness, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the client. Sessions typically involve open dialogue, skill building, and reflection, with a focus on helping clients grow.

What you can expect from me

I understand that finding the right therapeutic fit is essential and encourages open communication if a client feels unsure about the process. Clients are supported in finding the right fit and encouraged to practice skills between sessions to deepen their growth. My approach emphasizes openness and the therapeutic relationship is grounded in trust.
