Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in NYC, providing individual therapy to emerging adults—especially those who are neurodivergent, queer, and/or disabled. My clinical specialties are complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational dynamics, identity exploration, & transitional stress. I have a particular passion for working with performers (i.e., dancers, actors, creatives, athletes). I enjoy helping folks find purpose, belonging, and empowerment in their personal & relational lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a relational psychodynamic perspective, meaning I help clients understand how past relationships & early experiences shape their current emotional well-being, relationships, & sense of self. My commitment to intersectionality, accessibility, & autonomy means that I tailor my approach to each individual's unique identities & desires.

What you can expect from our first session

More than merely offering support, neurodivergent-affirming care actively acknowledges the specific hurdles, barriers, and necessities you may face in relationships, work, & daily life. You can expect our work together to keep in mind your individual nervous system, sensory sensitivities, & executive functioning needs. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your experiences and work towards your goals.
