Great to meet you!

You're the expert of your own life. My job is to walk alongside of you, carrying some of the burdens long enough for you to take a break, get an outside perspective and discover your autonomy to deal with each one as you see fit.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We are all carrying so much more than ever before in human history: family, work, trauma, a global pandemic. These burdens have a tendency to overflow and spill onto our ability to just get through the day. Let's work through it all together, in a warm, safe atmosphere where you are free to explore until you emerge with or without answers. The bulk of my clinical work has focused on trauma & PTSD, sexual assault and borderline personality disorder.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to be challenged and supported. Clients will often leave session with next steps or homework to complete before we meet again.
