With over 7 years of diverse healthcare experience, I have worked across public health, critical care, and psychiatric mental health inpatient hospital settings. I completed the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner training and graduated from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. I have seen mostly adult patients, with common psychiatric mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and OCD.
I am passionate about mental health and the impact it has not just on a person’s wellbeing and future, but on families, communities, and society as a whole. Throughout my career, I have found deep fulfillment in caring for individuals of all ages, feeling both humbled and inspired by each person’s journey toward mental wellness.
I am dedicated to fostering genuine, authentic connections with my clients, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration. I take a personalized, client-centered approach, working closely with each individual to identify meaningful treatment goals. By integrating evidence-based care, psychotherapy, education, medication management, and community-building, I empower my clients to build on their strengths and achieve lasting well-being.
