Great to meet you!

My focus is on understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by children, adolescents, and adults. I provide telehealth and in-person management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum, plus challenges with conflicts, and stress in life. I give comprehensive and attentive care to those experiencing lack of motivation, hopelessness and sadness. I have worked with mental health patients for over ten years

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide dedicated, comprehensive and compassionate mental health care. I have worked with mental health patients who come from the street that looks like there is no hope and they worked out mentally and physically healthy with psychotherapy and medication management. I have worked with patients on one to one and treated their cases differently and help them achieve their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I will work with you to help you develop the strategies you need to get back on the path that leads to happiness, joy and success. We can work together to better understand and resolve the many challenges that may disrupt your life. By using various therapeutic techniques, including the use of psychotropic medications when indicated, we will work to modify symptoms and long-standing patterns of behavior.
