A bit about my approach to therapy

Relationships are so important - and our relationship isn't any different. Your specific needs and goals will be thoroughly assessed and we will create a plan that helps ease your worries and give you the tools you need to be your best. I use supportive, Solution focused, trauma informed work including EMDR (when indicated).

What you can expect from our first session

If you do begin EMDR work, know that your brain continues processing between sessions, Other times, you will have some homework to add to your recovery. I will always give you something to think about after each session and I encourage you to keep a journal to keep yourself accountable for the work.
