Great to meet you!

I have 24 years of nursing experience in varied fields. My favorite jobs have been in hospice, outpatient surgery, and residential eating disorder treatment. I have a master's degree from Frontier Nursing University.

My approach to therapy

I am exceptionally skilled in spotting neurodivergence (ADHD and autism) and helping people find both medication and "hacks" to help make life easier and more enjoyable. I enjoy educating my patients on their symptoms and helping them to feel empowered in their choices for treatment.

What you can expect from me

We'll spend about 90 minutes getting to know one another. Typically, I ask people to pick the 3 most important things for their care-and we build a plan from there.
