Great to meet you!

As a woman of color, I bring a culturally informed, socially conscious lens to my clinical work. I am deeply committed to advancing equity in mental health and have a strong interest in working with underserved populations, including BIPOC communities, individuals affected by systemic disadvantage, and children and families with limited access to care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). I work with clients across all stages of development, helping them navigate anxiety, mood disorders, identity development, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I strive to meet each client with empathy, humility, and clinical excellence.

I work with individuals navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, eating disorders, and serious mental health challenges. Many of the people I support come to me feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer comprehensive evaluations and therapy to provide clarity, direction, and support—so you can better understand how your mind works and what you need to thrive.
