I hold a master's degree in counseling from Regis University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I have worked with individuals and couples often with a focus on anxiety, relationships, grief, and loss.
I am confident in my client's abilities and resiliency. I use the framework of acceptance and commitment therapy to add to those abilities and help each client build the confidence to cope with personal and relational challenges.
My aim for each of my clients is to combine the resources and support of counseling with their innate strengths in order to help move them toward healing, recovery, and getting back to living with more joy.
