My expertise is treating anxiety disorders, including OCD and phobias. I have extensive training in ERP, Play Therapy, grief, chronic illness, and parent-child interactions. I am trained in suicidal ideation intervention and crisis management.
My practice is rooted in a person-centered approach using researched based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to give clients the skills to manage their anxiety. I teach my clients how to “lean in” to their anxiety and gain confidence to tolerate feeling uncomfortable.
My goal in therapy is to help my clients process challenges and learn skills to manage emotional regulation. I want to give my clients a safe space to explore their feelings through talk or play.
