Everyone is faced with challenges. My first concern is helping you overcome issues getting in the way of living a happy and productive life. I have 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, adjusting/managing medical illness, career transitions, postpartum depression, and grief and loss.
