Specializes in

Grief, Loss and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have nine years of specialization in the areas of grief and loss, childhood bereavement, family systems, parent coaching, and trauma-informed care. I’ve worked with many individuals and families navigating devastating circumstances, and my passion is empowering people to cope with their grief as it evolves over time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will support you in identifying your natural strengths and how you might use them to move towards your goals. Together we will process your experiences and the impact they have on every part of your life, including your identity, your relationships, your career, etc. Through this, you can begin to redefine your new normal and find meaning in your healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Grief can be overwhelming, confusing, and painful; it’s common to feel like you have no control. Unfortunately, many people learn to avoid their grief and pretend everything is okay. This can lead to long-term problems such as depression, anxiety, substance misuse, relational conflict, and more. I offer space for you to explore your grief with curiosity, not fear. Rather than giving advice, I seek to equip you with knowledge, skills, and awareness that you can apply outside of therapy sessions.
