As an EMDR Approved Consultant through EMDRIA, I have extensive training in therapeutic techniques to address PTSD, Developmental Disorders, and Complex Trauma.

My approach is to come alongside and help you through your difficult situation from a non-judgmental perspective, at a pace you set. I use a combination of techniques within an EMDR framework.

The first session is an Intake or information gathering session. During the counseling process, I can help you improve your sense of well-being, gain insight, and appreciate yourself more fully. The end goal is for you to gain a greater sense of clarity with the peace and freedom to be yourself.
